ETL Global LINKS: New tax measures in Spain
Yesterday the Spanish Government published in the Official Gazette the Royal Decree-law 17/2020, which approved basically the following tax measures:
– Corporate Income Tax:
- Tax incentives for the companies of the movies’ industry.
- Time extension of some special events which contributions entitle to apply some tax credits.
– Personal Income Tax:
- Increase of the tax credits derived from donations to Foundations and other NPO.
