At ETL GLOBAL, we are committed to advancing our people’s professional careers and personal skills. That’s why we have created this project to provide you with a unique experience that will boost your professional career and expand your network.
For one week, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a vibrant business environment both nationally at our offices in Spain and internationally in one of our offices in Germany, Dubai, France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, the United Kingdom, or the Czech Republic.
You will work closely with other professionals from your sector and learn about the different procedures used in each country, sharing their knowledge and expertise.
As part of this opportunity, you will take part in challenging projects and work in international teams, which will help to give you a global outlook and to develop new skills.
We are aware that travelling and living abroad can be expensive. That’s why each of the member firms that make up the ETL GLOBAL group will cover your flight and accommodation costs, leaving you free to focus entirely on making the most of the experience and enjoying everything it has to offer.
The programme is open to professionals from all business areas, including accounting, legal, finance, and consultancy.
To qualify for this programme, you must have been part of the ETL GLOBAL group for at least one year and have a B2 level of English for the international exchange.
To apply for the exchange, you need to contact your office managers, who will help you to register and get you on the path to your first ETL CHALLENGE programme experience.
