We provide legal assistance to town councils to draft General Plans, Partial Plans, and Urban Action Programmes for private initiatives to develop General Plans.
We can conduct studies on planning applicable to projects, Due Diligence planning processes, and we issue reports and opinions on the questions that our clients may need.
Planning agreements
We offer legal assistance in negotiating urban planning agreements with the Administration on planning and management. Our service also includes drafting and processing agreements, including those relating to the urban management of planning agents.
Planning management
We provide legal advice in general urban planning matters in public and private initiative cases.
We also advise on the constitution of collaborating urban entities, such as compensation boards, conservation entities, etc., and participate in the drafting and processing equidistribution (land parcelling, compensation).
We also provide advice on compulsory expropriation procedures.
Licences
We provide advice on the applications for obtaining building permits and any other necessary real estate certificates (occupation, operation, etc).
