The alert state has been extended in Spain to May 24th, and consequently the deadline for approving the annual accounts by the Shareholder\u2019s Meetings has been extended to November 23rd (instead of June 30th).<\/span><\/p>\n

Please bear in mind that incomprehensibly the legal term for filing the Corporate Income Tax (CIT) return of 2019 (from July 1st to 27th) has not been modified. Therefore, there might be companies that file such CIT return in July based upon an accounting result non approved yet, and which can be modified when approved. This would trigger the obligation of filing again the CIT return and eventually paying the difference, or asking for the refund of the excess paid in July.<\/p>\n
